\n50g\/1\u00beoz unsalted
\nbutter
\n, chopped into small pieces
\n2 tbsp
\ngin
\n\u00bd
\nlime
\n, zest and juice only
\ncocoa powder
\n, to dust
\nMethod
\nPut a heatproof bowl on top of a pan of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl is not touching the find sugar babies Manila<\/a> water. Put the chocolate in the bowl with the cream and heat gently to allow the chocolate to melt.
